Zhongda Precision Metal Manufactory is a stock company, established at Taichung City, Taiwan in 1980s. We moved to the Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, in 1993, specializing in the manufacture of motor shafts and precision shafts.

In order to produce superior quality products with good credit guarantee, we have introduced advanced manufacturing equipment, precision testing equipment and good quality of imported materials from Taiwan, Europe and Japan. Through scientific production management and continuous improvement, we also provide our customers with perfect after-sale services. Our company has obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2001 and QS9000 (ISO9002) certifications in 2004.

Our main manufacturing equipment includes:
1) 30 sets of CNC computerized lathes from Japan
2) More than 80 sets of table lathes
3) More than 50 sets of centerless grinding machines and outside
dimension grinding machines
4) 13 sets of gear hobbing machines from Switzerland
5) 2 sets of CNC gear hobbing machines from Japan
6) More than 20 sets of various models of surface grinding machines
7) More than 50 sets of high precision rolling, pressing, and drilling
machines
8) High frequency induction heaters

Our testing equipment introduced from America, Japan and Taiwan includes:
1) 1 set of CNC gear testing machine from Japan
2) 1 set of projector
3) 2 sets of roundness testers
4) 3 sets of surface roughness testers
5) 1 set of HV hardness tester
6) 2 sets of HRC (HRB) hardness testers
7) other various precision measure instruments

Our main manufacturing processes include CNC lathe process, outside dimension grinding, surface grinding, gear hobbing, worm or thread rolling, groove milling, hole drilling, and high frequency quenching. The shafts we can produce is from 4.0mm to 21.0mm outer diameter with production capacity of more than 2,500,000 pieces every month.

Approved by the ISO9001 and QS9000 (ISO9002) standards, we have a complete quality control system and working system. Constantly improving and developing products to meet customers' requirements, our aim is to supply high quality products with no defects.

We currently employ about 360 workers, including 70 QC staff and 40 managing staff. Most of our employees have worked in our company for several years with lots of experience and operating skills. In order to improve workers' quality and production skills, we have invested lots of manpower, financing and materials into training.
